Open Sign Up, enter your details, verify your email with the free 6-digit code we send to your inbox, then create your account. Google Sign-In users are treated as email-verified automatically.

Email verification reduces fake accounts and spam listings. It is free (no SMS charges). Site administrators are exempt. Google accounts are already verified by Google.

Log in, complete email verification if prompted, open Post Property, fill the wizard and submit. Listings go to pending review before they appear publicly.

A limited number of listings are available on the free plan. Higher quotas are offered via membership plans — see Membership or Contact Us for bulk/commercial packages. Plan details shown on the site are informational until payment is confirmed with our team.

Buyers send an enquiry from a published property page. The listing contact receives an email with the enquirer’s details. You can also track enquiries linked to your account under My Enquiries when logged in.

Go to My Listings. Edit opens the listing form (edits return the listing to pending review). Delete moves the listing to trash.

Use the heart/save control on a listing while logged in. Saved items appear under Saved Properties in your account.

Check spam/junk, wait a few seconds before requesting again, and confirm the email address is correct. Codes expire in 10 minutes. If delivery fails, contact support from the Contact Us page.

No. We provide listing and enquiry tools. Deals, payments, contracts and due diligence remain between buyers/tenants and sellers/agents. Always verify independently before transferring money.
